What happens if I cancel?

You cancel it yourself in Settings, under Subscription, in a couple of clicks. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. There are no retention tricks and no hidden renewal terms. We email you a confirmation with the exact date your access runs to.

I already own loads of Pip Decks. Is this still worth it?

If you’re a fan of Pip Decks, you’re exactly who Pip is made for. She’ll make using Pip Decks easier, faster and more fun.

Do I have to pay a delivery fee?

Delivery is free to the UK, the US, Canada and every EU country. Everywhere else there is a flat delivery fee.

Is my work with Pip private?

Yes. Your chats are never used to train AI models. That is written into our contracts. You can read, edit or delete anything Pip remembers about you, and you can delete your account and everything in it from Settings. Everything you send to Pip is encrypted while it travels to us, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK’s data protection regulator, as ZC117586. Read our privacy policy for the full detail.

Can I switch between monthly and annual later?

Yes. Email support@pipdecks.com and we will move you over. Switching does not earn you another round of free decks. They are a one-time welcome gift, so if you join monthly and take 1 deck, moving to annual later does not top you up to 4.

Yes. Team pricing starts with a conversation, so we can work out what your people need. Email support@pipdecks.com and we will take it from there.
